Summary

This unique field sales role requires a blend of strategic account management with active field
engagement. You’ll onboard new customers, ensuring comprehensive integration across all business
sectors to fully leverage our services for their success. Your focus will be on achieving high adoption
rates, implementing effective training, and ensuring customer satisfaction through strategic
engagements. You will serve as the primary relationship owner with responsibility for retention and
growth and ensure customers derive maximum value from our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all account management issues within your assigned
    territory, ensuring exceptional service and support.
  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and pursue new leads within both the
    Residential and Commercial market to generate interest in our Solar Services.
  • Build and maintain a consistently strong pipeline.
  • Develop and implement onboarding and ongoing training for partner sales teams and sales
    organizations, utilizing previous experience in this area.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and customer retention through consistent, productive account
    calls
  • Place a heavy focus on the onboarding and training of new partners to ensure a smooth
  • integration process.
  • Aim for high adoption rates among partners, actively working to increase the utilization of our
    services.
  • Represent the company by consistently demonstrating the understanding and modeling of
    company’s mission and values.
  • Align the overall corporate solution to the customer’s business needs, challenges, and technical
    requirements.
  • Monitor account metrics, identifying opportunities to enhance product use and satisfaction.
  • 25% 50%+ travel required

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in customer service, account management, or a related field, with a
    significant track record in field sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets $1M+ ARR, with strong negotiation
    and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish strong customer
    relationships and conduct effective training sessions.
  • Independent, self-driven work style, paired with a proactive approach to problem-solving and
    customer engagement.
  • Strong organizational abilities, capable of juggling multiple accounts and initiatives effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g. HubSpot), with proven success in meeting or exceeding
    sales targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of the solar energy sector and renewable energy products, within
    Residential and Commercial Solar markets.

Bonus Opportunity: Between $40K and $50K
Base Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 per year
